Refund Policy

Soul Plan Readings

All Soul Plan Reading purchases are final and non-refundable.
Once payment has been made, the reading process begins and refunds cannot be issued.

If you experience any technical issues receiving your reading, please contact us and we will assist you.

Karoo Retreat

Deposit

A 50% deposit is required to secure your place at the retreat.
This deposit is non-refundable.

Remaining Balance

The remaining 50% balance must be paid at least 30 days before the retreat start date.

If the remaining balance is not paid by this time, your spot may be released and the deposit will be forfeited.

Cancellations

If you cancel your retreat booking:

  • The 50% deposit remains non-refundable.

  • Any additional payments made beyond the deposit may be refunded only if your spot can be filled.

Cancellation Policy

Soul Plan Readings

Soul Plan Readings cannot be cancelled once payment has been completed.

Your recorded reading will be delivered within 10 days after payment.

Karoo Retreat

If you need to cancel your retreat booking:

  • More than 30 days before the retreat:
    The deposit remains non-refundable.

  • Less than 30 days before the retreat:
    The full retreat fee may be forfeited unless your spot can be filled by another participant.

In the unlikely event that the retreat needs to be cancelled by the host, all payments made will be fully refunded.

Soul Plan Readings

Soul Plan Readings are intended as a personal insight and reflective guidance tool.

They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice.

All readings are interpretive in nature, and individuals are responsible for their own decisions and actions.

Retreat Participation

By booking a retreat, you acknowledge that participation is voluntary and that you are responsible for your own health, wellbeing, and personal safety during the event.

Participants are expected to behave respectfully toward other guests, hosts, and the retreat environment.

Payments

All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR).

Payments must be completed according to the payment terms outlined during booking.

Changes to Services

Weaving Oneness reserves the right to make reasonable adjustments to retreat schedules, activities, or content if necessary.
